Our fees are structured based on the scope and complexity of the project. We offer hourly rates or fixed fees, depending on client preference and project requirements. The fee is normally divided in phases: Phase 1 - From the first consultation and site survey to the spatial planning and the electrical and lighting layout; Phase 2 - Detailed kitchen and bathroom design including joinery drawings and 3d visualizations; Phase 3 - All the finishes, fittings, furniture and soft furnishing to complete the space.

We are a small, tight-knit team offering custom residential and commercial bespoke interior architecture and interior design services. We understand that we are working on someone’s most precious spaces and it requires understanding and collaboration. Every project we work on is unique to that client and we do not design by format.

We do it all, we can be engaged for a full house renovation, a new build or a single room design. You can improve your home room by room or in one go, depending on your circumstances.

Depending of the project we work online where suitable and face to face on site when required. We have online meetings with clients to keep them posted during the duration of the project.

The perfect time to engage an interior architect & designer is at the start of any project. We have a unique set of skills and if we can be involved at the beginning, whether that be in conversations with architects (if using) or at the start of a project, we can make the best design decisions for your needs. You can work with us at any stage, as soon as possible is the best! We work on projects that are pre planning and post planning.

We can recommend engineers, builders, joiners and any other trade you will need for your project. But of course, if you have your own people we will be glad to work with them!

After you contacted us, we will require some information regarding your project like drawings (if any), photos, videos, your requirements for the space, wish list, brief and every information related with the project. When we receive this information, we will schedule a 15 minutes consultation free of charge (normally this will be done as online meeting) to get to know you, to go through your project together and to better understand your needs. After this we will send you a fee letter, based on our first meeting, with all the cost of the design service and fee. Once you approved the fee, we can schedule it into our work program in order to start to work on your project.
