The Peppermill is a long standing family run restaurant in the heart of Nenagh renowned for its outstanding food and attention to detail. We were delighted when the family contacted us to come on board and design their new fit out to reflect their service, extensive cocktail, beverages and food menu. Our brief was to redesign the space to create a warm, inviting and contemporary atmosphere and enhance their successful business. Our starting point was to work on spatial planning and design – the ground floor was completely redesigned spatially to create more intimate areas and cater for various size gatherings yet still creating a social interactive space making the new bar area the central focal point. With the warm colour palette, various textures and materials and introduction of soft luxury seating, screens and mood lighting for intimacy it all came together to redesign a space that has exceeded our clients expectations. It is so important to us that our clients trust us and they did – and this trust allows us to design and create very special projects and The Peppermill is for sure a special project.
