Our Solution
Our brief was to design a unique space from the exterior right through to the smallest of details within the interior. We started with a blank canvas and got to work on the spatial planning to create a flow for customers through the shop and to the counter areas. Attention to detail with joinery, lighting, finishes, shop fitting details and incorporating and integrating displays were all essential to create the fabulous atmosphere and functionality. This shop appeals to the senses from the sound of music and the flowing chocolate wall to the smell of the chocolate to the feast for your eyes and the delicious coffee and pastry – it is a truly beautiful project in the heart of Galway.
